All required admission forms, entrance examinations, and interviews must be completed for each student prior to acceptance and admission into Forest Lake Christian School.  Admission forms and entrance exams schedules may be obtained through the school office.  A small fee is charged for the entrance examination.

A.      Admission Criteria.
          1.  The applicant should have a satisfactory citizenship
              record in the school they are presently attending.
          2.  The applicant should be achieving at least an average
              of a"C" grade in the present school year.
          3. The applicant should desire to attend Forest Lake
              Christian School and be willing to comply with the
              school's standards as printed in the School Handbooks.
          4.  The applicant should have demonstrated on a
              Standardized Achievement Test that they are adequately
              prepared to achieve well at Forest Lake Christian
              School

B.      Health and Emergency Information.
        1.  A record of immunization is required by the state and
              must be on file in the shool office prior to admission.
        2.  Medication may be dispensed to students with a
              completed Medical Release Form on file in the school
              office.  Students are not allowed to have medication of
              any kind in their possession while on campus.
        3.  Three completed emergency cards for each student must
              be on file in the school office.
        4.  Any evidence of drinking, smoking, or taking
              non-prescription drugs, either on or off campus, at any
              time, will be cause for immediate expulsion without
              refund of fees or tuition.
